10 Day Tour

Itinerary:

Day 1: Departure
Depart USA

Day 2: Florence
Arrive Rome airport early morning & transfer to Florence by motorcoach stopping in route for a brief break. Check-in and time at leisure. Welcome dinner. (D)

Day 3: Florence
After Mass this morning, we will depart for a brief visit to the leaning tower of Pisa. Return to Florence for a guided city tour. Reserved admissions to Michelangelo’s David at Academia. Free evening. (B)

Day 4: Assisi
Early Mass this morning at St. Lorenz. On to San Gimigano and a Tuscan Farm for a one of a kind Italian wine tasting! Now on to Siena for a short walking tour of what is likely Italy’s loveliest medieval city. We will end the evening in Assisi where we will check in to our next hotel. (B,D)

Day 5: Assisi
Guided tour of Assisi and Mass at St. Francis Cathedral. This afternoon at leisure in discover Assisi. (B)

Day 6: Rome
Following Mass, we will depart Assisi and make our way to Rome. This afternoon guided tour of Ancient Rome, with reserved admissions to the Colosseum and Forum. This evening enjoy some free time to explore the Vatican as it is just a 5 minute walk from our hotel. (B,D)

Day 7: Rome
This morning celebrate a private mass at St Peter’s. This morning we will have a guided visit to Vatican Museums and St Peter’s. After lunch depart for Tivoli Gardens for a guided tour and dinner in the gardens. (B,D)

Day 8: Rome
“Basilica Morning” – Tour St. Paul Outside the Walls, St. John Lateran & St. Mary Major. We will celebrate Mass at St. Mary Major. Then after lunch, enjoy the tour of Baroque Rome (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza navona, etc.) ending the tour at Piazza Navona for dinner on your own. (B)

Day 9: Rome
Morning participation in Papal Audience. Scavi Tour this afternoon (Based on Availability). A Festive Farewell Dinner this evening. (B,D)

Day 10: Departure
Depart for Home
